No processing takes place on weekends or public holidays.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. Shipping dates are estimates and may change. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive the tracking information by email once your package has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SteezUK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
